We visited Cambodia for 4 days in late April 2008 - we were met at the Airport by Vanny & his driver Mr Owen. The first thing we noticed was their friendly happy smiles and we immediately felt welcome and at ease with them. Vanny speaks very good English and has a nice happy personality with a good sense of humour. He was very well prepared and organised and he definitely helped to make our visit to Cambodia both enjoyable and interesting and everything ran smoothly. Vanny was always on time and waiting for us, to take us on the tours each day and he is very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat and all the other temples in the area - I found it fascinating listening to the legends and stories about all the carvings, plus all the Kings who had built these amazing temples. Vanny went out of his way to look after us and helped us with applying for visas for Vietnam (as we were to fly on to Vietnam for a day or so after leaving Cambodia). He was also very helpful when we needed any advice about the local markets or currency and we found him to be honest and professional. We would definitely recommend Vanny as an excellent and very knowledgeable guide in Cambodia.

We had the pleasure of having Vanny drive us in and around Siem Reap for 5 days at the end of October 2007, having contacted him through his internet site. Everything worked exactly as agreed upon. Key words: friendly, helpful, punctual, good English, secure driver, knowledgeable, dedicated - all good reasons to recommend him to anyone who will be traveling there. Do take a car with air-conditioning to the temples which are further out. A tuk tuk is perfect for those closer in to town such as Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom although that may depend on the weather.
